The data from the treasury smart contract will pull up an external oracle, identifying NFTs with the rarest traits that will be declared the “Joker of the epoch.”

The last one (53) Joker will be a Royal Joker with a pool of 100.000 OP (starting 2 weeks from the announcement).

Monetization:

• for each burn and generation of new NFT, in addition to the transaction fee, a “service fee” of ~ $2 will be charged
• fee on exchanging JOK token - OP token
